Privacy Policy

This policy applies to FocusFlow for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, including the compatible iPhone and iPad app on Apple Vision Pro, provided by Wild Man K.K. ("FocusFlow," "we," or "us"). FocusFlow is designed to work without an account and to keep the content of your tasks on your device.

1. Data kept on your device

Task titles, notes, next actions, projects, routines, templates, focus-session history, preferences, and daily plans are stored locally in the app container. A privacy-reduced snapshot may be shared with FocusFlow widgets. FocusFlow 1.0 does not enable CloudKit or another multi-device task-content service.

2. Data processed by services

FocusFlow does not send task titles, notes, next actions, project content, or interruption text to TelemetryDeck or RevenueCat. We do not use advertising identifiers.

3. Tracking, advertising, and sale

FocusFlow does not show third-party ads, sell personal information, or use collected data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

4. Your choices

• Turn anonymous analytics off or on in Profile > Data. When configured for production, analytics sharing is enabled by default until you turn it off.
• Use Prepare export to create a local copy of your FocusFlow data.
• Use Reset all data to delete task content and preferences stored by FocusFlow on that device.
• Deleting local data does not cancel or erase an Apple purchase. Apple retains transaction records, and Restore Purchases may retrieve your entitlement again.
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction for information we control. We may need limited information to verify and fulfill the request.

5. Retention

Local app data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Production analytics must be configured to retain event data for no more than 24 months before this policy is published. Support correspondence is retained while resolving the request and for up to 12 months afterward. Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction information according to their policies and legal obligations.

6. Processors and international transfers

Apple processes App Store transactions. RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement information on our behalf. TelemetryDeck processes optional anonymous product analytics. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their contractual and legal safeguards.

7. Security and children

We minimize transmitted data, use Apple platform protections, and restrict analytics to fixed, content-free event fields. No method is completely secure. FocusFlow does not request a birth date and is not designed to collect a child's identity. A parent or guardian may contact us with a concern.

8. Changes and contact

We will update the date and this page when our practices materially change. Contact: contact@wildman.co.jp.

本ポリシーは、Wild Man K.K.（以下「FocusFlow」または「当社」）が提供するiOS版、iPadOS版、macOS版FocusFlow（Apple Vision Proで動作する互換版iPhone/iPadアプリを含む）に適用されます。FocusFlowはアカウントなしで利用でき、タスクの内容を端末内に保つ設計です。

1. 端末内に保存するデータ

タスク名、メモ、次の一歩、プロジェクト、ルーティン、テンプレート、集中履歴、設定、デイリープランはアプリのコンテナ内に保存されます。ウィジェットにはプライバシーを抑えたスナップショットが共有されることがあります。FocusFlow 1.0ではCloudKitなどの複数端末向けタスク内容同期を有効にしません。

2. 外部サービスで処理するデータ

• 購入情報: AppleとRevenueCatが、月額・年額サブスクリプションまたは一度だけ支払う買い切り購入の検証、復元、不正防止、購入状況の分析のため、購入履歴、レシート情報、匿名の購入ユーザーID、基本的な端末・アプリ情報を処理します。
• 任意の匿名分析: Production分析が設定され共有が有効な場合、TelemetryDeckへ許可済みの操作イベント、匿名化されたインストール識別子、アプリ・OS・端末の基本情報を送ります。プロフィールの「データ」から無効にできます。
• お問い合わせ: 利用者が送信した内容を、回答と問題調査のために処理します。必要がない限り個人のタスク内容を含めないでください。

タスク名、メモ、次の一歩、プロジェクト内容、中断内容をTelemetryDeckやRevenueCatへ送信しません。広告識別子も使用しません。

3. 追跡・広告・販売

第三者広告を表示せず、個人情報を販売せず、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたぐ追跡に収集データを使用しません。

4. 利用者の選択

• 匿名分析は「プロフィール > データ」で変更できます。Production分析が設定されている場合、初期状態では有効で、いつでも無効にできます。
• 「エクスポートを準備」で端末内データのコピーを作成できます。
• 「すべてのデータをリセット」で、その端末に保存されたタスク内容と設定を削除できます。
• 端末内データを削除してもAppleの購入記録は消えません。「購入を復元」で権利が再取得される場合があります。
• 当社が管理する情報の開示、訂正、削除、処理制限は連絡先へ申請できます。

5. 保存期間

端末内データはリセットまたはアプリ削除まで保持されます。本ポリシー公開前にProduction分析のイベント保存期間を24か月以内に設定します。お問い合わせは対応中および完了後最長12か月保持します。購入情報はAppleとRevenueCatが各ポリシーおよび法的義務に従って保持します。

6. 委託先、国外処理、安全性

Apple、RevenueCat、TelemetryDeckが上記目的で処理を行い、契約上・法令上の保護措置のもと国外で処理される場合があります。当社は送信データを最小化し、Appleプラットフォームの保護と内容を含まない固定イベントを使用します。

7. 子ども、変更、連絡先

Tus opciones

Puedes desactivar la analítica en Perfil > Datos, preparar una exportación o usar Restablecer todos los datos. La analítica está activada por defecto cuando está configurada. Borrar datos locales no elimina la compra registrada por Apple; Restaurar compras puede recuperar el acceso.

Conservación y proveedores

Los datos locales permanecen hasta que los restableces o eliminas la app. Antes de publicar esta política, la analítica de producción debe limitarse a 24 meses. Deine Wahl

Unter Profil > Daten kannst du anonyme Analyse deaktivieren, einen Export vorbereiten oder alle Daten zurücksetzen. Analyse ist bei konfigurierter Produktionsanalyse zunächst aktiviert. Lokales Löschen entfernt keinen Apple-Kauf; „Käufe wiederherstellen“ kann den Zugriff erneut laden.

Aufbewahrung und Anbieter

Lokale Daten bleiben bis zum Zurücksetzen oder Löschen der App. Vor Veröffentlichung wird die Produktionsanalyse auf höchstens 24 Monate eingestellt. Support wird während der Bearbeitung und bis zu 12 Monate danach aufbewahrt. Apple und RevenueCat speichern Transaktionen nach ihren Richtlinien.
